Photography Package Disclaimer

At Driftwood Mentawai, we are committed to capturing your surf experience in the most authentic and memorable way possible. However, by purchasing a photography package, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Wave Count Not Guaranteed: Surf conditions, individual performance, and wave selection vary daily and are beyond our control. The number of waves you catch is not guaranteed, and Driftwood Mentawai cannot be held responsible for limited wave count or unsatisfactory surf sessions.

• No Refund Policy: Refunds or partial reimbursements will not be issued based on the quantity or quality of waves surfed during your stay. Our photographers will make every effort to document your surf as best as possible given the conditions.

• Environmental & Personal Variables: Factors such as swell size, crowd levels, weather conditions, and personal surf decisions all influence photo opportunities. We do our best to capture moments as they naturally unfold.

• Acceptance of Terms: By proceeding with a photography package, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

Prices are set prices and not related to the amount of sessions has been shot on photo or video. If you pre-book a photography and videography package we will try and shoot every session, if the conditions allow us to do so. Keep in mind that the photographers will join the boat that holds the majority of surfers that pre-booked the package.
